We have provided two types of Online Real-time Stock Quote Services, including the "Streaming Stock Quote Service" and "Snapshot Stock Quote Service". Customer can apply the above services depending on their need.

What is the difference between "Streaming Stock Quote Service" and "Snapshot Stock Quote Service"? |
|
For "Streaming Stock Quote Service", the stock price and related information of the particular stock enquired will be updated automatically and continuously as and when such information has changed.
However, for "Snapshot Stock Quote Service", it only captures the stock price and related information of the particular stock enquired at that moment and such information will remain static and will not be updated automatically. Hence, you have to click "Search" to refresh the page for obtaining the updated stock information subsequently when necessary.

What are the key benefits of "Streaming Stock Quote Service" and "Snapshot Stock Quote Service"? |

Apart from providing continuous stock price information updates, "Streaming Stock Quote Service" can provide you with a more comprehensive stock price information service, including the broker queues, transaction log, technical analysis data and other tools such as charting, etc., which are not available to you using "Snapshot Stock Quote Service".
Moreover, the service plan and charging scheme for "Streaming Stock Quote Service" and "Snapshot Stock Quote Service" are quite different. For details, please refer to the "Services and Charge table".

Please note that the monthly service fee will be charged to the settlement account for each registered securities account. |

Once subscribed, when can I start using this service? |

You may choose the service commencing on the first day of the coming month (for registration completed before the second last working day of the month) or the second working day after the day of registration. Please note that a complete monthly service fee will be charged, regardless of the date of service commencement.

| |
You may visit any of our branches for service termination.

How to define the service charge session(s) of "Snapshot Stock Quote Service"? |
| |
"Snapshot Stock Quote Service" can be divided into charge sessions and free sessions.
