General Terms and Conditions:
  1. Offers are valid from 20 October 2014 to 31 December 2014 (both dates inclusive) (unless otherwise specified) ("Promotion Period").
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion only applies to customers holding Principal Card and Supplementary Card (each an "Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Credit Card (including Dah Sing Bank, Limited(the "Bank")'s UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card) and Co-brand card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) ("Eligible Card") issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("The Bank") except Renminbi Currency Account of Dah Sing UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder"). Eligible Cardholder needs to present and settle payment with eligible card to enjoy the offer during the promotion period.
  3. These offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers.
  4. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, food, services or discounts.
  5. Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the relevant merchant' s business.

The Bank is not the supplier of any products/food/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the products/food/services. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of products/food/services supplied under this program. Any enquiry or complaint about the products/food/services should be directed to the relevant participating merchants.
  9. The Bank and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice.
  10. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  11. Should any disputes arise, the decision of The Bank and participating merchants shall be final.
  12. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
General Terms and Condition of ANA:
  1. This offers are valid from 24 September 2014 to 24 March 2015 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Booking must be made through ANA Hong Kong Reservation Office by Eligible Cardholders. Eligible Cardholders must provide campaign code "DSB1410" and settle the full payment with Eligible Cards upon reservation to enjoy the offer.
  3. Reservation and Ticketing must be made at least 7 days prior to departure by Eligible Cardholders
  4. Entire journey must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
  5. Ticket must be issued according to ticket deadline set by ANA. For enquiry of ticket deadline, please contact ANA Hong Kong directly.
  6. Above fare includes Hong Kong Security Service Charge, but excludes airport tax, fuel surcharge and other taxes and surcharges (if any).For related fee, please contact ANA Hong Kong directly.
  7. Eligible Cardholder must be one of the travellers. Maximum 1 companion with the Cardholder is allowed for each transaction to enjoy this offer and to use the same fare level. Cardholder's name must be referenced on companion's ticket.
  8. Eligible Cardholder and his/her companion's reservation, ticket purchase and issuance must be done at the same time and travel together (departure and return at the same time) for entire journey.
  9. In case Eligible Cardholder/ one of the companions cancelled the trip, the other companion ticket must be also cancelled.
  10. Payment must be settled by Eligible Cards. Eligible Cardholder can contact ANA Hong Kong Reservation Office through the phone.
  11. Open jaw trip is permitted in Japan.
  12. This offer is only valid on ANA Group Operating flights only.
  13. Routing cannot be changed after ticket issued.
  14. Refund for wholly unused ticket is applicable by paying the following handling charge per ticket:
    HK$1,000(Adult)/HK$750(Child)for Economy Class Ticket
    HK$ 600(Adult) / HK$450(Child) for Business Class Ticket
    Partially used ticket is not applicable for refund

  15. Date change of Outbound segment is not permitted for both classes ticket.
  16. For date change of Inbound segment, same change must be done on both companions' tickets, date change surcharge per ticket per transaction applied as following:
    Economy class ticket: inbound segment is allowed to change by paying HK$500(Adult) / HK$375(Child) per transaction and per ticket. Change must be made prior to departure only.
    Business Class Ticket: inbound segment is allowed to change without penalty at anytime.

  17. Mileage accrual restricted to ANA Mileage Club (AMC) member only. Eligible Cardholder and companion can earn 50% basic mileage on Economy Class and 125% on Business Class on AMC only. For mileage accrual details, please contact ANA Hong Kong directly.
  18. This Offer is not applicable for upgrade by mileage.
  19. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Bank and ANA shall be final.
  20. The Bank and ANA reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
  21. The Bank does not accept responsibility of any liability arising in conjunction with the service quality provided by ANA. Any enquiry or complaint about the services should be directed to the relevant participating merchants.
  22. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of British Airways:
  1. Offers must be booked between 20 October and 31 December 2014("Booking Period") and is available for outbound travel from Hong Kong between 1 November 2014 and 31 August 2015. ("Travel Period")
  2. To enjoy 20% off on ticket fare of selected destination, Dah Sing British Airways Platinum Card Cardholder need to purchase air ticket and settle with Dah Sing British Airways Platinum Card during Booking Period("Offer 1")
  3. Except Dah Sing British Airways Platinum Card, other Eligible Cardholders need to purchase air ticket and settle payment with eligible card to enjoy 10% off on premium economy ticket fare for selected destination ("Offer 2")
  4. To enjoy offer 1, related Cardholder's executive club account must be valid and in good standing at the time of the offer Booking Period, for details, please contact British Airways directly.
  5. Offer 1 and 2 are only applicable to online booking, for details, please visit the Bank's website or contact British Airways directly.
  6. Limited seats available. British Airways will be responsible for any matters in relation to the availability of seats.
  7. Offers are only applicable to the below selected destinations, which travel from Hong Kong:

    European destinations:
    Albania, Algeria, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.
  8. This Offer is only applicable to ticket fares (do not include taxes and other surcharges).
  9. High season surcharge applies. For details of taxes, other surcharges and any fee related to ticket booking, please contact British Airways directly.
  10. Date changes permitted at HK$1,200, except for the outbound journey. A fare difference and change fee can be paid to make date changes on the outbound journey. For details of making date changes and related charges, please contact British Airways directly.
Terms and Condition of Club Med:
  1. Offers are valid from 20 October 2014 to 31 December 2014 (both date inclusive).
  2. Applies to the Eligible Cardholder and a maximum of 3 companions (the Eligible Cardholder must be one of the travellers).
  3. To enjoy the offer, full payment must be made on Eligible Card by 31 December 2014.
  4. Offer 2 can be used in conjunction with other Club Med promotions but cannot be used in conjunction with joint promotions with other merchants/associations/chambers.
  5. Offers 1 and 2 cannot be used at the same time.
  6. Offer is not applicable to the Bank's UnionPay Currency Credit Card.
  7. Advance reservation is required and subject to resort and air seat availability.
  8. No cancellation is allowed once a package has been reserved. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude taxes, airline fuel surcharges, and Club Med membership fee.
  10. Offer is applicable to Club Med member only. A membership fee of HK$280 for new members and HK$200 for renewals, inclusive of travel insurance, is required per traveller aged over 12 years old. Club Med Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of deposit payment. The membership fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and subject to change without prior notice.
  11. Offer is only applicable for reservation through Club Med Hong Kong office (Unit B, 26/F, Fortis Tower, 77-79 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or Club Med reservation hotline at (852) 3111 9388.
