General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Promotion only applies to customers holding Principal Card and Supplementary Card (each an "Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Credit Card (including the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card) and Co-brand card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) ("Eligible Card") except Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder").
  2. The use of coupon subjects to the relevant terms and conditions printed on the coupon. Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") is not the supplier of the coupons and other products. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant coupons, gifts or services. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant coupons, gifts or services should be directed to relevant merchant. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gifts and replacement if the relevant gift is not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of those gifts may not be the same as the gifts provided in this promotion.
  3. No request for exchange, return or cash refund for any redeemed gifts will be accepted. All photos are for reference only.
  4. Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the redemption centre / participating merchant's business.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotional program or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  6. In case of disputes, the Bank, redemption center and merchants' decision shall be final and conclusive.
  7. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  8. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions for "Redeem Express":
  1. Redemption period ("Redemption Period") is from 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2015, both dates inclusive.
  2. There are three phases for the spending period ("Spending Period"): Phase 1 is from 1 April 2015 to 30 April 2015, both dates inclusive ("Spending Phase 1"); Phase 2 is from 1 May 2015 to 31 May 2015, both dates inclusive ("Spending Phase 2"); Phase 3 is from 1 June 2015 to 30 June 2015, both dates inclusive ("Spending Phase 3"). Spending Period is based on transaction date and based on the computer record of the Bank.
  3. Upon making Eligible Spending (definition refers to clause 6 below) of designated amount during any Spending Phase in the Spending Period with any of his / her Principal / Supplementary Card, each Eligible Cardholder can use the same Eligible Card to make redemption at redemption fee / bonus points. Details are listed below and Cardholder can make redemption before spending.

  4. Bonus Point redemption is only applicable to credit cards participating in bonus point program. Bonus Point requirement for Dah Sing Autotoll Credit Card is the same as other Eligible Credit Card (refers to the table in clause 3). If the Cardholder's credit card account filled in the redemption pass does not have sufficient bonus points for the redemption request, the Bank may debit bonus points accumulated in other credit card accounts for processing the redemption application according to the principle of all bonus points can be combined under the same Cardholder's name. Cardholder cannot decide the priority or combination of debiting bonus points.
  5. The Bank will base on the total no. of gifts redeemed by Eligible Cardholders during the Redemption Period to calculate for the required spending amount. Spending amount will be calculated in each Spending Phase and the remaining balance cannot be carried forward to next Spending Phase. For example, Eligible Cardholder redeemed 2 Gift (3) during the Redemption Period, he/she has to use the same Eligible Card to make Eligible Spending of HK$10,000 (HK$5,000 x 2) or above in any one of the Spending Phases or he/she has to use the same Eligible Card to make Eligible Spending of HK$5,000 or above in any two of the Spending Phases.
  6. Eligible Spending includes local and overseas retail transactions made with the Eligible Card. Ineligible Spending includes but not limited to cash advance, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Securities transaction, Balance Transfer Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, gift redemption fee (if applicable), Cheque payment (if applicable), Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, late fees and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and any unauthorized transactions. The Bank reserves the final decision of the Eligible Spending definition.
  7. Eligible Spending with the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card RMB account will be converted to Hong Kong Dollars based on the conversion rate of 1:1.2 of total spending amount and combined with the Hong Kong Dollar account. Spending from Supplementary Credit Cardholder will be calculated separately from the Principal Credit Cardholder's Eligible Spending.
  8. Eligible Cardholders can redeem gifts through following channels: a. Gifts (1) – (3): Method (i) complete the Redemption Pass to redeem gift or Method (ii) redeem gift at redemption center in person (only applicable to redeem gift at redemption fee); b. Gifts (4) & (5) Cardholders can redeem gift at redemption fee in designated shops of relevant merchants.
  9. If Cardholder uses Method (i) to redeem gift, the Bank will match the information provided by Cardholder with the Bank's records to determine whether Cardholder is eligible to apply for the redemption. If the information provided does not match, the Bank's record will be final. The relevant redemption will be cancelled without prior notice. The Bank will send out gift redemption letter to the statement mailing address that the relevant Cardholder registered with the Bank 4-8 weeks after the Bank confirms the eligibility of customer redemption application. The Bank will not be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen or expired redemption letter and will not re-issue the redemption letter. For details about gift redemption, please refer to the redemption letter.
  10. Each Eligible Cardholder can redeem 5 gifts in maximum among all redemption channels with all credit cards under his/her name(including principal and supplementary card) altogether during the whole redemption period. e.g. Principal Cardholder redeems 5 gifts on 19 April and the Supplementary Cardholder under his/ her name redeems 1 gift on 20 April. The redemption of Supplementary Cardholder is over 5 gifts, that the Bank reserves the right to debit the administrative fee starting from the 6th gift.
  11. The Bank reserves the right to debit the administrative fee per gift from the relevant account on or before September 2015 without prior notice with the following reasons: (a) an Ineligible Cardholder redeems gift or (b) cannot meet the spending requirement during Spending Period or (c) redeem over 5 gifts or (d) the participating credit card is invalid or in bad credit standing or the relevant transactions is not posted during the Spending Period and Redemption Period.
  12. If Customer uses Method (i) for redemption but has not approaches redemption center within the specified period to redeem gift after receiving the redemption letter, the Bank will treat it as redemption completed and reserves the right to debit the administrative fee without prior notice according to clause 11 above.
  13. The administrative fee per gift: administrative fee of Gift (1) is HK$18; administrative fee of Gift (2) is HK$45; administrative fee of Gift (3), (4), (5) is HK$80.
  14. The Bank will base on the sequence on the redemption date (based on the Bank's record) by Eligible Cardholder, from the latest to the earliest, to calculate the administrative fee. Example(1): Eligible Cardholder makes Eligible Spending of HK$4,000 in any one of the Spending Phases and redeems 1 Gift (1) on 19 April and 1 Gift (2) on 20 April, the Bank will debit the administrative fee of HK$45 for Gift (2) with the latest redemption date from the relevant account.
  15. If Eligible Cardholder redeems gift on the same day, the Bank will base on the spending requirement of the gift, from the lowest to the highest, to calculate the administrative fee. Example (2): Eligible Cardholder makes Eligible Spending of HK$4,000 in any one of the Phases and redeems 2 Gifts (1) and 1 Gift (2) on 19 April, the Bank will debit the administrative fee of HK$36 (HK$18 x 2) for Gift (1) with the lowest spending requirement from the relevant account.
  16. If Eligible Cardholder redeems over 5 gifts and/or does not meet the designated spending requirement, the Bank will debit the administrative fee starting from the 6th gift (based on the redemption date) first, then will base on the sequence according to clauses 14 & 15 above to calculate the administrative fee.
  17. Once the Bank accepts the redemption, the required redemption fee/bonus point will be debited from the relevant account immediately and cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.
  18. Gifts are available while stock lasts. Quantity of the Gifts will be subject to the supply of redemption centre/participating merchants. In case of disputes, the Bank and redemption center/ participating merchants' decision will be final.
  19. Where an Eligible Cardholder is unable to settle the redemption fee with the Eligible Card because of card damage/faulty magnetic strip or chip or for whatever reasons, the eligibility for this promotion will be forfeited. The Bank, redemption center and participating merchant will not accept any other credit cards or other payment methods for the redemption fee of gifts.
  20. Each Cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales slip. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slip and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents. The Bank reserves the final right to determine the eligibility of the transaction.
Terms and Conditions of Merchant Offers:
  1. Offers are available while stock lasts. The promotion period for THANN and Skinfood is from 1 April to 30 June 2015 (both dates inclusive); promotion period for NATURE'S, Ingrid Millet and Organic Beauty is from now till 31 December 2015 (both dates inclusive) (collectively, "Merchant Offer Promotion Period").
  2. Eligible Cardholder needs to present and settle payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the offer during the Merchant Offer Promotion Period.
  3. All offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers.
  4. Offers details are provided by participating merchants and being bound by related Terms and Conditions. Offers from NATURE'S, Ingrid Millet and Organic Beauty shall also bounded by "Dah Sing Credit Card 2015 Year Round Privileges".
