General Terms and Conditions:
  1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is applicable to customers holding Principal Card or Supplementary Card of the credit card or Co-brand Card ("Eligible Card") issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("the Bank") ("Eligible Cardholders"). Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card and Balance Transfer Account are not eligible (unless otherwise specified). Some participating merchants ("Participating Merchants") do not accept payment with UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card. Please contact the Participating Merchants for details.
  2. The use of cash coupons/gift coupons is subject to the relevant terms and conditions printed thereon. The Bank is not the supplier of any cash coupons/gift coupons/other gifts/products/food/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the cash coupons/gift coupons/other gifts/products/food/services offered. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee in respect of such cash coupons/gift coupons/other gifts/products/food/services supplied under the Offer. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about such cash coupons/gift coupons/other gifts/products/food/services should be directed to Participating Merchants.
  3. No request for exchange to cash or other products or return for any rewards/gifts/prizes will be accepted. All photos are for reference only.
  4. Rewards/gifts/prizes are available while stocks last. The Bank and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to offer any alternative products and replacement if the relevant rewards/gifts/prizes are not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of the replacement rewards/gifts/prizes may not be the same as the rewards/gifts/prizes provided in this promotion.
  5. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales slip. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slip and all relevant documents or evidence for verification purpose. All submitted original sales slip, relevant documents and evidence shall not be returned.
  6. Offers shall be terminated immediately in the event that the Participating Merchant ceases business.
  7. The Bank, K11, K11 Loyalty Program Limited ("K11 LP") and Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice. For details, please contact the Participating Merchants. Should any disputes arise, the decision of the Bank and Participating Merchants shall be final.
  8. Merchants reserve the final right of accepting mobile payment. The Bank is not the supplier of the mobile payment. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or services should be directed to the relevant mobile payment service provider. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services.
  9. The registration, activation or use of the Eligible Card for the Mobile Payment Service with terms and conditions by the Bank is applied. For Terms and Conditions, please visit www.dahsing.com/card/MobilePaymentServicetnc .
  10. The terms and conditions shall form part of any applicable Agreements governing the use of the Eligible Cards and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between the terms and conditions and such Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  11. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offers are awarded, the Bank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount from the Eligible Cardholders' credit card account without prior notice.
  12. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
 
Terms and Conditions of "K11 Instant Reward":
  1. Spending period and redemption period (collectively defined as "Promotion Period") is from 1 December 2018 to 4 February 2019 (both dates inclusive). Spending is based on transaction date which is based on the computer record of the Bank.
  2. Eligible Spending includes any posted retail transactions made in K11, Tsim Sha Tsui with the Eligible Card or contactless transactions made via designated mobile payment (which are Apply Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay™) by Eligible Card ("K11 Eligible Spending") Ineligible Spending includes but not limited to add value for mobile pre-paid card, settle bill payment (including but not limited to telephone bills and public utilities), online transaction, mail/phone orders, cash/gift coupon purchase, membership fee payment, , tuition fees, concert ticket payment, sales venue or booths receipts, unposted/cancelled/refunded/transaction without sales receipt and any unauthorized transaction, hand written or reprinted receipts, split sales transactions, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund ("Non-Eligible Spending"). The Bank and K11 reserve the right to final decision of the K11 Eligible Spending definition.
  3. Eligible Cardholder is required to meet the below K11 Eligible Spending amount within the Promotion Period (Eligible Cardholder is required to spend with the same Eligible Card and accumulate 2 and not more than 4 same day Eligible Sales Slips (definition refers to clause 2 & 4 below) to meet the K11 Eligible Spending amount) and present the original copy of the related sales slips (if applicable), merchant sales receipts, Eligible Mobile Payment Transaction records (if applicable) and Eligible Card at K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge on the same day of K11 Eligible Spending for below reward redemption in person.

    *Eligible cardholder can redeem the coupon at K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge and then redeem at designated merchants at K11 for the related rewards. Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions.
  4. Each eligible sales slip ("Eligible Sales Slip") and Eligible Transaction record should be at least HK$50 and clearly show the partial credit card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and cardholder's signature (if applicable). Merchant Sales receipt should indicate clearly the transaction item and date.
  5. K11 Eligible Spending from each Eligible Cardholder (including the Eligible Principal and Supplementary Card(s) under his/her name) will be counted separately and cannot be combined. Each Eligible Cardholder can redeem a maximum of once per day. Rewards are available while stocks last.
  6. K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge is open from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily during the Promotion Period. Any amended, damaged, reprinted, transaction-not-completed receipts, outdated sales slips or photocopies of the sales slips will not be accepted.
  7. Each Eligible Sale slip will be stamped and can be used once only for redemption. Please contact staff at G/F K11 Koncierge for more details and other terms and conditions of gift redemption (K11 Hotline: 3118 8070).
  8. If Eligible Cardholders have cancelled and/or refund any related transactions which were included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the Offers, Cardholders are required to return the rewards to K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge within 7 days from the refund/cancellation date, otherwise the Bank has the right to debit the equivalent value of the rewards from the Eligible Card account without further notice.
  9. Eligible Cardholders are required to provide the related sales slips or Eligible Transaction records and merchant receipts for record. K11 reserves the right to take photos of the sales slips or Eligible Transaction records and merchant receipts for verification purpose. The related information will be disposed 3 months after the prize redemption has been completed. Eligible Cardholders must settle the full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the relevant offers. The staff at the Koncierges reserves the right to verify Cardholder's credit card, credit card sales slips, Eligible Transaction records (if applicable) and sales receipts from merchants and shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder's eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
  10. KLUB 11 Pre-Member/Gold Card Member/Black Card Member means a person admitted by K11 LP to be a KLUB 11 Member under the Program subject to such terms and conditions as K11 LP deemed fit.
 
Terms and Conditions of "Extra Lucky Draw Chance of K11 Christmas Draw, GRAND DRAW":
  1. Promotion Period ("Promotion Period 2") is from 22 November 2018 to 6 January 2019 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Lucky draw participant must be aged 18 or above and registered as member of KLUB 11 Pre-member, Gold Card or Black Card Member. Please contact K11 staff for the details of KLUB 11 Pre-member, Gold Card or Black Card Member application.
  3. KLUB 11 Pre-member spend every HK$2,000 or above by credit card, debit card, Google Pay™, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay or Octopus card in a single and not more than 2 sales slips from K11 Participating Merchants on the same day during the Promotion Period 2, is entitled to redeem 1 electronic lucky draw ticket for getting 1 lucky draw chance at K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge in person ("Basic Lucky Draw Chance") by presenting the sales slip(s). KLUB 11 Pre-member holding Eligible Card and conducting Eligible Spending with the same Eligible Card is entitled to redeem 2 electronic lucky draw tickets. KLUB 11 Pre-member is entitled to redeem a maximum of 2 electronic lucky draw tickets each day while KLUB 11 Pre-member holding Eligible Card is entitled to redeem a maximum of 20 electronic lucky draw tickets each day.
  4. KLUB 11 Gold Card Members spend every HK$2,000 or above by credit card, debit card, Google Pay™, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay or Octopus card in a single or not more than 2 sales slips in K11 Participating Merchants on the same day during the Promotion Period 2, KLUB 11 Gold Card Member is entitled to redeem 3 electronic lucky draw tickets for getting 3 lucky draw chances at K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge in person with sales slips. KLUB 11 Gold Card Member holding Eligible Card is still entitled to 3 electronic lucky draw tickets. KLUB 11 Gold Card Member is entitled to redeem a maximum of 30 electronic lucky draw tickets each day.
  5. KLUB 11 Black Card Members spend every HK$2,000 or above by credit card, debit card, Google Pay™, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay or Octopus card in a single or not more than 2 sales slips in K11 Participating Merchants on the same day during the Promotion Period 2, KLUB 11 Black Card Member is entitled to redeem 5 electronic lucky draw tickets for getting 5 lucky draw chances at K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge in person with sales slips. KLUB 11 Black Card Member holding Eligible Card is still entitled to 5 electronic lucky draw tickets. KLUB 11 Black Card Member is entitled to redeem a maximum of 50 electronic lucky draw tickets each day.
  6. K11 3/F KLUB 11 Koncierge opens from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily during the Promotion Period 2. Lucky Draw Participant is required to register for the Grand Draw via electronic device before 6 January 2019 10:00 pm. An email with unique reference number of Grand Draw will then be sent to the KLUB 11 Pre-Member/Gold Card Member/Black Card Member's email of Lucky Draw Participant.   7. K11 will allot randomly by computer. K11 will announce the Grand Draw results at Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 16 January 2019 . K11 will notify the Grand Draw results and prizes arrangement to the winners by phone. Under any circumstances (including but not limited to customers have not registered for a valid Hong Kong mobile phone, registered Hong Kong mobile phone number is not valid or inaccurate) lucky draw results is undeliverable, lucky draw winner is deemed to forfeited the prize. The Bank and K11 will not be responsible and will not reissue the prize notification again.

Terms and Conditions of "K11 Merchant Offers":
  1. Eligible Cardholders must settle the full payment with Eligible Card during the promotion period to enjoy the relevant offers. Some Participating Merchants do not accept UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card. Please refer to the Participating Merchants for details.
  2. For the promotion period of individual offer, please refer to this promotion website.
  3. Participating Merchants' offer is only available at designated outlets, websites and/or mobile apps (if applicable). In order to enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardholders are required to input the designated promo code/offer code/coupon code (if applicable) during payment transaction through designated website or mobile app (if applicable). If Eligible Cardholders fail to input the designated promo code/offer code/coupon code and are unable to enjoy the Offer, the Bank or Participating Merchants will not bear any responsibility.
  4. Offers are only applicable to regular-priced items and are not applicable to fixed-priced, selected, discounted or promotional items (unless otherwise specified) (if applicable).
  5. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts, not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified) (if applicable).
  6. Products/gifts/offers are available while stocks last.
  7. Unless otherwise specified, offers are valid for dine-in food only and advance booking is required (if applicable). Cardholders should indicate payment to be settled by Eligible Card before ordering (if applicable).
  8. Offers are not applicable to 10% service charge based on original prices (if applicable).
