General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The promotion period for the "Jungle in the Bottle Workshop" Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw Offer") is from 2 February 2015 to 28 February 2015 (both days inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
    1. To be eligible for the lucky draw, customers must successfully open a YOU i-Account with New Funds of HK$5,000 or above at any branch of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") within the Promotion Period, fulfil ALL of the following requirements, and register for the Lucky Draw within the Promotion Period ("Eligible Lucky Draw Customers"). 20 winners will be drawn by the Bank on 9 March 2015. Each winner can take along one guest to take part in the "Jungle in a Bottle Workshop" (worth HK$1,500 for two persons) on 14 March 2015 (the "Prize").
      i. Depositing New Funds of not less than HK$5,000 in the HKD Save & Check Account under the YOU i-Account upon account opening; and
      ii. Having a Total Deposit Balance of HK$5,000 or above or equivalent on 28 February 2015; and
      iii.Maintaining a valid YOU i-Account at the time of the Lucky Draw.
    2. For joint-named accounts, the Lucky Draw Offer is only applicable to the primary account holder. Primary account holder refers to the "Applicant" mentioned in New Account(s) / Service(s) Application Form signed by the customer.
    3. Each Eligible Lucky Draw Customer must provide a valid email address to the Bank for receiving the latest information and offers relating to the products, services and/or subjects set out in paragraph G of the Bank’s Notice to Customers relating to Customers’ Data made available by the Bank to customers from time to time. If customer is unwilling to receive the said information and offers, he/she will not be able to not enter the Lucky Draw.
    4. "New Funds" refer to funds newly deposited with the Bank in cash, by using a cheque drawn on any other bank, inward CHATS or Telegraphic Transfer but excluding funds transfer from the existing account maintained with the Bank.
    5. "Total Deposit Balance" includes positive deposit balances (excluding Fixed Deposit) of i-Account, Hong Kong Dollar, Renminbi and Foreign Currency Savings Accounts, Current Account, Target Savings Deposit, Flexi Deposit and Kids Savings Account maintained with the Bank under the sole name of the Eligible Lucky Draw Customer or by the Eligible Lucky Draw Customer being the primary account holder of a joint-name account.
    1. The Bank will notify the winners separately by email on or before 12 March 2015. The email notification and prize collection details will be sent to the email address of the relevant customer registered with the Bank for the purpose of receiving the latest information and offers relating to the products and services of the Bank.
    2. Each winner must continue to maintain the valid YOU i-Account concerned at the time of attending the Workshop. Otherwise, such winner will be disqualified.
    3. All the pictures are for reference only. If the Prize is unavailable due to any circumstances, the Bank has the right to use another gift as a replacement. The value and nature of such gift may be different from those of the Prize. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other discount offers, and is not transferrable. The Bank is not the supplier of the Prize and will not make any representation or warranty in relation to the quality and availability of the relevant products or services provided by the supplier. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the Prize should be directed to the relevant supplier.
    4. In the event of any disputes relating to the Lucky Draw method, eligibility of the winners, details of the Prize and other matters relating to the Lucky Draw, the Bank’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
    5. The Lucky Draw Offer is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Holdings Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

  5. Customer is required to make online appointment and bring along the documents required to the relevant branch for the speedy 15-minute account-opening, subject to the actual situation.
  6. The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
