- Customer who opens a 328 Business Account between 2 April 2013 and 31 December 2013 (both dates inclusive) can enjoy preferential savings rate until 30 June 2014. Preferential savings rate is only applicable to the Current Account of 328 Business Account. Calculation of simple interest applies. Interest is calculated daily and will be credited monthly. Interest will be credited to the current account of 328 Business Account within the 2 subsequent months. Customer should maintain a valid current account of 328 Business Account at the time of preferential savings interest being credited; otherwise, the preferential savings interest will not be applied.
- 328 Business Account consists of a HKD Current Account and a HKD Savings Account, with standalone monthly statements available for each account.
- A maximum of 3 ATM cards are available for each 328 Business Account and the linked accounts should be the same among all ATM cards applied. ATM card application is only applicable to the authorised signatories.
- Dah Sing Bank Limited (the "Bank") has the absolute discretion to reject any application or to approve a loan facility of a lesser amount than that of application and reserves the right to revise the loan amount, interest rate, fees and charges and other terms and conditions from time to time without giving any reasons. The final approved facility amount, interest rate, fees and charges and other terms and conditions are subject to the relevant loan documents to be accepted and signed by the customer. The Bank reserves the right of final approval.
- The Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR") for 0.35% monthly flat rate is 8.96%, calculated by the assumption of HK$1,000,000 loan amount and 12 months loan tenor. The relevant APR calculation has taken 0.5% handling fee into account, and calculated according to the Net Present Value Method specified in the Code of Banking Practice.
