- Online Bill Payment Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") runs from 14 January 2015 to 30 June 2015, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). The promotion period consists of 3 Rounds – Round 1: 14 January to 28 February, 2015; Round 2: 1 March to 30 April, 2015; Round 3: 1 May to 30 June, 2015 (based on transaction date).
- This Promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its subsidiary companies.
- Eligible Accounts refer to valid deposit, fixed deposit, credit card, debit card, cash card or private label card account of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank"). Supplementary card of Dah Sing Bank credit card or registered supplementary card numbers as Phone Banking User ID are excluded ("Eligible Account").
- Eligible Customers of the Lucky Draw refer to customers who are Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above and possess the above mentioned Eligible Accounts ("Eligible Customer").
- Eligible Customers who successfully conduct an Eligible Transaction (as defined in clause 6 below) via Dah Sing e-Banking or Mobile Banking for consecutive 2 months in each Round will be entitled to one Lucky Draw Chance. The Customer shall be entitled to an additional Lucky Draw Chance if at least one of the Eligible Transactions is conducted through Dah Sing Mobile Banking. In the 3rd Round, the Customer shall be entitled to 3x Lucky Draw Chances if there are bill payments taken place in each of the past 6 months via Dah Sing e-Banking or Mobile banking during the Promotion Period.
- An "Eligible Transaction" refers to any single bill payment completed through the "PayEasy Bill Payment" function under Dah Sing Bank e-Banking or Mobile Banking being a payment which is:
a. |
of at least HK$100 in value; and |
b. |
an immediate or a scheduled payment completed within each month of any Round. |
- Each Eligible Customer must provide a valid email address to the Bank for receiving the latest information and offers relating to the products, services and/ or subjects set out in paragraph G of the Bank's Notice to customers relating to Customers' Data made available to customers from time to time ("Eligible Email Address"). If customer is unwilling to receive the said information and offers, he/ she should not enter the Lucky Draw.
- Each Customer is entitled to a maximum of 2 Lucky Draw Chances only during Round 1 and Round 2 and a maximum of 6 Lucky Draw Chances in Round 3.
- 3 Rounds of lucky draw will be held. Lucky Draw details are as follows.

- The lucky draw will be processed by computer random selection and it will be held on 9 March, 11 May and 9 July 2015. Winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified individually, the notification letter will be sent to the corresponding Eligible Email Address before 31 March, 31 May and 31July 2015. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, delivery failure caused by invalid or inaccurate Eligible Email Address provided by the customer) and the notification letter will not be re-issued.
- Each Eligible Customer is required to hold a valid e-Banking and Phone Banking account on or before the Lucky Draw Date.
- If Eligible Customer removes the Eligible Email Address from the Bank's record or the relevant Eligible Account has been cancelled on or before the Lucky Draw Date, the customer would not be entitled to be awarded in the Lucky Draw.
- All cash coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash or other products or any other discounts.
- The photos of the cash coupons are for reference only. The Bank is not the supplier of the cash coupons. Any inquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or services should be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank will not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services. Any disputes arising from the cash coupons should be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers.
- The usage of the cash coupons shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the corresponding cash coupons.
- Any fraud and/or abuse of the Lucky Draw by a Customer (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the Customer's eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value of the cash coupons awarded to a Customer inappropriately pursuant to any fraud and/or abuse directly from the Customer's bank account(s) with the Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
- The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift / cash coupon as replacement if the relevant cash coupons are not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice.
- The Bank reserves the final decision on the list of winners, criteria of participation, criteria of winning and Lucky Draw Prize.
- The records of the Bank on all information related to the promotion, including date and time, are final.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
- If there is any consistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
