Terms & Conditions:
  1. The promotion period is from now until 1 September 2012 ("the Promotion Period").
  2. The offer is only applicable to customers who successfully apply and drawdown the Credit Mastermind Instalment Loan during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customers"). For each credit card account having an outstanding balance of HK$50,000 or above which is fully settled and cancelled by Credit Mastermind Instalment Loan (Not applicable to Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank") accounts), each Eligible Customer is entitled to HK$50 cash coupon. The maximum amount of cash coupons entitled for each Eligible Customer is HK$2,000. Cash coupons will be offered to Eligible Customers upon loan drawdown. Each customer is entitled to cash coupon once only . Cash coupons are not redeemable for cash or transferrable to other gifts, and no changes will be given. The Bank is not the supplier of the cash coupons, and is not liable for any products or services provided by individual merchants. Should there be any enquires or complaints regarding the quality of the products or services, customers should contact the product suppliers directly.
  3. The example is for reference only. Assuming the total outstanding loan amount is HK$500,000, the interest rate is 30% p.a. (Annualized Percentage Rate is 34.49%) and loan tenor is 637 months. The total interest expense is calculated based on the minimum payment of 3.5% of the monthly outstanding amount. The Annualized Percentage Rate, the monthly repayment amount, the tenor and the total interest expense of the credit card are calculated according to the Guidelines of Code of Banking Practice. The above interest rate, credit life premium, monthly repayment amounts, loan tenor and interest savings may vary for each individual customer and are subject to customer's loan status and final approval of the Bank.
  4. According to the Guidelines of Code of Banking Practice, subject to a loan amount of HK$500,000, a 48-month loan tenor and a monthly flat rate of 0.16%, the Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR") is 6.02%, with a credit life premium of 1.1% p.a. included.
  5. Loan tenor of 73 months or longer is available only to Preferred Customers. Preferred Customers ("Preferred Customers") include persons with the following occupations: civil servant, staff of selected government organizations / public organizations, professionals, full time teachers or teachers of tertiary institutions / universities. Professionals include chartered / certified accountants, chartered architects, chartered engineers, lawyers, doctors and chartered surveyors. The Bank reserves the final right to interpret the definition of professional occupations. To enjoy the long loan tenor offer, customers of the above-mentioned occupations must present occupation proof or proof of professional qualification upon applications.
  6. Up to 6 times of monthly income cash out (maximum HK$150,000 or 6 times of monthly income, whichever is lower) is part of the total loan amount of the Credit Mastermind Instalment Loan approved. Cash out amount is disbursed by cashier's order and is not restricted to use for repayment of the outstanding amount of any credit card loans or personal loans. The Bank reserves the right to approve any cash out applications.
  7. Eligible Customers can retain some of or all of the existing credit card(s). The approval of the final number and type of credit card(s) is subject to the financial condition of the customer, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  8. The minimum monthly income of applicants must be HK$6,000 and the year of service of his/her current employment must be 6 months or more.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to terminate or amend the above offers and their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  10. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
 
# Terms & Conditions for HK$100 online application cash bonus
  1. The promotion period lasts until 1 September 2012 ("Promotion Period").
  2. The HK$100 Cash Bonus ("Cash Bonus") is only applicable to customers ("Eligible Customers") who successfully apply for Credit Mastermind Instalment Loan through online application and withdraw the loan during Promotion Period. The Cash Bonus will be credited into Eligible Customers’ repayment accounts within 3 months after loan drawdown. To enjoy the Cash Bonus, the relevant loan accounts must be valid and with good repayment records before cash rebate. Each customer is entitled to the Cash Bonus once only.
  3. If the online loan application is not approved, other personal loan plans may be offered by Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank"), but Cash Bonus will not be offered under such circumstances.
  4. The Bank reserves the right to offer other gifts or coupons instead of the Cash Bonus.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the above offers or amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  6. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
 
Personal Loan Online Application Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:
  1. The promotion period is valid from 1 August to 31 December 2012 ("Promotion Period").
  2. The Online Application Lucky Draw ("the Lucky Draw") is only applicable to customers who make online applications for Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank") Personal Instalment Loans, including Express Money, e-Cash Instalment Loan and Credit Mastermind; or Personal Revolving Loans, including In-Money and e-Cash Revolving Loan ("Loan").
  3. Customers should successfully withdraw the Loan from 1 August to 31 December 2012 in order to be eligible to enroll in the Lucky Draw ("Eligible Customers").
  4. Eligible Customers will be entitled to one lucky draw entry for each eligible Loan application. Customers will get one extra lucky draw entry for each additional successful Loan application and withdrawal.
  5. The Lucky Draw will be taken place on 10 January 2013 ("Lucky Draw Day"), where 5 winners will be chosen randomly by computer from the pool of Eligible Customers. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, Eligible Customer's Loan account must be valid, has good repayment record and has no early settlement before the Lucky Draw Day.
  6. The winner will be eligible for a SANYO Full HD Video Camera ("Gift"). The Lucky Draw result will be announced on the Bank's website at www.dahsing.com on or before 31 January 2013 ("Result Announcement Day"). The Bank will notify the lucky draw winner regarding reward details by mail.
  7. The Gift is not redeemable for cash or transferrable to other gifts, and no changes will be given. The Bank is not the supplier of the Gift, and is not liable for any products or services provided by individual companies. Should there be any enquires or complaints regarding the quality of the products or services, customer should contact the product suppliers directly. In the case of insufficient stocks, the Bank has the right to use other products for replacement at any time without prior notice.
  8. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the above offers or to amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
