FPS Fund Transfers, Collection and Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (eDDA)**
- Register the company's FPS ID to receive funds via FPS for Free
- Schedule fund transfers 7 x 24 real-time in HKD or RMB to bank accounts of other local participating banks via FPS
- Register eDDA instructions to pay or receive funds on a specific date
- Receive funds via QR code generated with 328 Business e-Banking
- Corporate Customer can generate a single QR code for FPS collection on 328 Business e-Banking free of charge. The FPS name(s) and logo(s) will no longer be showed on the QR code and bill number / reference is also not supported. A fixed amount must be entered when generating a QR code.
- The FPS Merchant Payment Acceptance Service provides a convenient and efficient payment acceptance service for Merchant Customers. You can generate a single QR code through e-Banking or Mobile Banking, and the FPS name(s) and logo(s) will be showed on the QR for easy bill checking and bill number / reference is also supported . You can also generate a QR code without a specific amount to allow your customers to enter their own amount. *Such fee waiver is only applicable to the credit accounts of Autopay-Out or the employees' payroll accounts maintained with Dah Sing Bank. For the credit accounts or payroll accounts maintained with other banks, the Bank will charge HKD1.5 for each transaction, the minimum charge for each payroll or Autopay-Out file uploaded is HKD50.
^Local remittance involving cross-border fund movement and Telegraphic Transfer service are not offered to the 328 Business Account (Express).
**Free-of-charge for FPS inward transfer. For the charge of using other services, please refer to the Bank Service Charges on the Bank's Website. In general, inward and / or outward transfers made via FPS will be processed immediately by our Bank. When and how the counterparty banks process the inward / outward transfers depend on the practice of the individual bank.
