  3. We use encryption in providing secure transmission of personal data on the Internet. In avoidance of risk in transmission, you may complete the download application form and return to any Dah Sing Bank Branch or mail to Dah Sing Bank Ltd., GPO Box 333, Hong Kong or fax to 2828 8060.

  4. Information we collect about you may be disclosed to other companies under certain circumstances (please refer to the “Terms & Conditions”).

Subject to exemptions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Officer of the Bank to gain access to and request correct to your personal data.
