(a) |
Travel Trolley: Applicant who has successfully applied for Principal ACCA VISA will be entitled to a Travel Trolley by accumulating a retail purchase or cash advance of HK$2,000 or above within 2-month of card issuance. The redemption letter regarding the welcome gift will be sent to the eligible Principal Cardholder within 6-8 weeks upon fulfilling the spending requirement and the relevant Credit Card Account must be valid and in good standing status at the time of issuing the redemption letter, otherwise Cardholder will not be entitled to the welcome gift. |

Up to HK$60,000 and 15 months Interest Free Cash in Plan Instalment Offer: This offer is only applicable to the brand-new Principal Dah Sing Bank Credit Card Cardholder; Cardholder who has terminated any Dah Sing Credit Card (whatever the Principal Card or Supplementary Card) before 12 months from the date of this Promotion Period or who currently owns any Dah Sing Credit Card, he/she will not be entitled to this offer and will be arranged to have Travel Trolley as a welcome gift (Please refer to the above item a for the terms and conditions). The minimum amount for "Interest Free Cash-in Installment" is HK$3,000 while the maximum is HK$60,000 (depends on the approved credit limit of Dah Sing Credit Card account). Dah Sing Bank ("the Bank") has the absolute discretionary right to determine "Interest Free Cash in Plan Instalment" amount. "Interest Free Cash in Plan Instalment" amount reply slip will be mailed to the Principal Cardholder within one month whilst designated Card has been approved, applicant is required to return the reply slip and required document within 60 days upon card issuance. While the Bank received the reply slip, the Bank will credit the approved "Interest Free Cash in Plan Instalment" amount to the applicant's designated personal Hong Kong dollar currency bank account ("the Relevant Account") within 7 working days. Amount receivable bank may deduct the handling fee from the Relevant Account. If the Plan is early settled or cancelled by Customer for whatever reason, the Bank reserves the rights to charge the Customer HK$300 Installment Plan Cancellation fee. The Bank is not liable for the mentioned handling fee or any interest or other expense caused by this. The applicant has to arrange the amount with receivable bank for the expense or interest directly (if applicable). The Bank will debit the Credit Card Account with the approved "Interest Free Cash in Plan Instalment" amount by 15 consecutive monthly instalments, commencing from such date as the Bank may prescribe at its discretion. The Bank will debit an amount equivalent to the "Interest Free Cash in Plan Instalment" amount from the credit limit of the Credit Card Account until the last instalment has been debited. The Bank will proportionally increase the deducted credit limit every month after the Bank successfully debits the Credit Card Account with the instalment amount due. On default of payment of any moneys due under the Credit Card Account or in case of breach of any provisions of the applicable terms and conditions governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") or any of these terms and conditions by applicant or in case of cancellation or termination of the Credit Card Account or "Interest Free Cash-in Plan Instalment" for whatever reason, all outstanding instalments or balance or moneys owing under these terms and conditions shall immediately due and payable by applicant and shall at the absolute discretion of the Bank, be debited against the Credit Card Account. Therefore, the Agreement shall apply to all the said installments or balance. The Bank has the right to accept or reject any application without providing any reasons; "Interest Free Cash-in Plan Instalment" is not applicable for "Cash Reward Scheme". Notwithstanding the other provisions in these terms and conditions, the Bank shall be entitled at any time with notice to the applicant to suspend or terminate "Interest Free Cash-in Plan Instalment". These terms and conditions shall form part of the Agreement and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail. |

The retail purchase or cash advance of Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the Principal Cardholder's record. The welcome gift is applicable to new Principal Cardholder only. In case the applicant applies for more than one Principal Card, only ONE welcome gift will be offered. Spending includes retail transactions, cash advance, "Cash-in" Plan amount, Balance Transfer amount, Credit Card Cheque transactions, bill payment amount, Interest-free Installment transactions and Octopus Automatic Add-Value amount, excluding bank handling fees (including annual fees, financial charges, late fees and cash advance handling fees), casino transactions, unposted/ cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions. |

The quantity of the welcome gift is on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. In the event that a gift item is out of stock, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the welcome gift with another offer. All welcome gifts shall be redeemed with the original redemption letter within the designated redemption period, it will be invalid upon expired. The welcome gift cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. The Bank does not warrant the quality and quantity of the products provided by the merchants. The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the final right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. |

All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank and participating merchants. The above gift pictures are for reference only. |
7. |
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
Major Terms and Conditions of Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement
Customers' attention is drawn to the following major terms and conditions which impose significant liabilities on Cardholder |
1. |
Cardholder should sign the Card immediately upon receipt. |
2. |
The Card and its Personal Identification Number ("PIN") should be kept safe and secret to prevent fraud and unauthorised use or disclosure. Failure to observe the above will result in full responsibility for all transactions. |
3. |
Cardholder is obliged to pay the minimum payment due on time as shown in the monthly statement and there will be penalty charge if the required minimum is not made. |
4. |
In case of default, Cardholder will be fully liable to reimburse fees and other expenses reasonably incurred in recovery actions. |
5. |
In case of fraud and gross negligence, Cardholder shall be responsible for all losses suffered by the Bank. |
6. |
If Cardholder reports any loss or theft of the Card as soon as reasonably practicable and had acted diligently and in good faith without involving fraud or gross negligence, the maximum liability shall not exceed HK$500.00. |
7. |
The monthly statement of account shall be final and conclusive 60 days after its issue unless Cardholder reports any unauthorized transactions within that period. |
8. |
The Bank shall have the right without prior notice to set off or transfer any monies standing to the credit of Cardholder's bank accounts of whatsoever description towards discharge of all sums due to the Bank in connection with the use of the Card. |
9. |
The Principal Cardholder will be responsible for the debts of the Supplementary Cardholder and the debts incurred from the accounts with Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service (including but not limited to "Happy Family" Octopus Automatic Add-Value Account). The Supplementary Cardholder shall not be responsible for the debts of the Principal Cardholder or other Supplementary Cardholder. But Supplementary Cardholder shall be held liable by the Bank for the debts of the Supplementary Card in his/her own name. |

Notwithstanding any term to the contrary, the Bank reserves the over-riding right to repayment ON DEMAND. |
11. |
Cardholder can terminate the card service if he or she does not accept any amendments to the terms and conditions proposed by the Bank and before the effective date. |
12. |
The Card shall not be used for any unlawful purposes including payment for any illegal betting. |
13. |
Cardholder shall inform the Bank as soon as possible of any difficulty in repaying any outstanding balance to the Bank. |
Customers are nonetheless advised to read the full terms and conditions. A copy of the terms and conditions is readily available to customers who may collect it from any branches of the Bank.
Please note that the use of the Card and the operations of the Card are subject to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement from time to time in force and Cardholder agrees to be bound by his/her application (whether made verbally or signed) and by his/her signature on or use of the Card (whether or not he/she has acknowledged receipt of the Card).
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
