Services") of Dah Sing Bank |

Provision of the Information Services
is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Disclaminer
& Privacy Statement. |

The data set out above do not constitute
any offer for sale and where a price is indicated orally
or in writing or electronically, the price is for internal
reference only and no offer or acceptance is deemed
to have been made by any party. |
3. |
The Bank does not represent that
any of the property is available and unless a binding
sale and purchase agreement is signed, any of the property
could be withdrawn from sale, re-sold or otherwise disposed
of. |

Where any of the properties is
listed for sale through any estate agent, the payment
of commission by any prospective purchaser is entirely
a matter between the purchaser and the estate agent.
