The relevant terms and conditions shall be published on the Bank’s website and/or made available at the Bank’s branches.

I confirm that the information provided in this application form is true, correct and complete. I further undertake to notify the Bank promptly in writing whenever there are any changes to any of such information.

Remarks

Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") will not notify customers when the promotion period of the Bonus Savings Interest Rate offer of the 360° Easy Payroll Services (if applicable) is ended.
In order to enjoy the offers of 360° Easy Payroll Services (“Offers”) (includes the Bonus Savings Interest Rate offer), all the designated banking services(include payroll transaction) have to be executed after the effective date of the payroll service (if applicable).
The 360° Easy Payroll Services related banking privileges and / or promotion offers shall be terminated by the Bank automatically if: (i) no salary credit; or (ii) the salary credit amount per transaction is lower than HK$5,000 in case such salary credit amount is credited through Autopay or is lower than HK$10,000 in case such salary credit amount is credited through Standing Instruction; or (iii) the actual payroll deposit method different from the "Salary Credit Method" stated in the Application Form; is being credited to the aforesaid account for three consecutive months. Customer should inform the Bank immediately if there is any change regarding the payroll deposit method, or else the Bank may not be able to recognize the customer’s payroll transaction and provide the related offers (if applicable). The offers will not be applicable even if the customer uses the related services again in the future.
Salary refers to basic salary only and the actual monthly Eligible Payroll Transaction amount being transferred to the Bank, whichever is lower. Any commission, extra allowance, overtime allowance, double pay, bonus, reimbursement, and / or other payment on top of the basic salary will be excluded.
To allow the Bank to provide customer with a full range of services for 360° Easy Payroll Services, customer is required to provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Hong Kong. For update of the mobile phone number, please visit any Dah Sing Bank branch in person and submit the relevant form. This application for 360° Easy Payroll Services will not be accepted unless the customer provides the Bank with a valid mobile phone number registered in Hong Kong.
Offers (if applicable) will be offered by the Bank according to the 360° Easy Payroll Services Enrollment Information stated in the Application Form (“Payroll Information”).
Offers may vary according to the Salary Credit Method or Salary Credit Amount per Transaction. For details and terms and conditions of the Offers, please click here or contact the Bank's staff.
Application Form is only applicable to existing customers of VIP i-Account / YOU i-Account / i-Account.
The Bank will send confirmation letter to the email address stated in the Application Form immediately once the Bank has accepted this online application for 360° Easy Payroll Services. Once confirmed, Payroll Information will be updated and become effective on the effective date.
The Bank reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms and conditions for the relevant offers without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
