1. The promotion period is from 8 June 2012 to 31 July 2012, both dates inclusive, based on transaction date ("Promotion Period"). Transaction date is based on the computer record of Dah Sing Bank ("The Bank").
2. The Promotion applies to customers ("Eligible Cardholder") holding Principal and Supplementary credit card of Dah Sing Bank Credit Card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) ("Eligible Card"), except Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account.
3. Eligible Cardholder who spends at overseas (including Mainland China and Macau) and designated travel agencies (see Clause 4) with Eligible Card during Promotion Period ("Eligible Transaction") with converted accumulative amount of HK$3,000 or above, will be entitled to 1% cash reward ("Cash Reward"). Every Principal and Supplementary cardholder of Eligible Card will be counted based on each single transaction and each credit card account. The promotion is also applicable to both HKD and RMB Credit Card account of Dah Sing CUP Dual Currency Credit Card and calculate the spending together. The spending amount will be converted to Hong Kong dollars based on the conversation rate of 1:1.2 of total spending amount. The maximum cap of cash rebate is HK$200 during the promotion period for each Eligible Cardholder. Cash Rebate will be rounded up to 2 decimal places, for example: Cash Rebate Amount HK$30.121, the actual rebate amount will be rounded up to HK$30.13.
4. Designated travel agencies including Wing On Travel, Hong Thai Travel Services Ltd., Morning Star Travel, Sunflower Travel, Worldwide package, EGL Tours Company Limited, Travel Expert, Miramar Travel, Sincerity Travel, Zuji and Priceline ("Designed travel agencies").
5. Eligible Spending is applicable to retail purchase, except but not limited to Cash Advance, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Interest-free Installment Plan, Securities transaction, Balance Transfer Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, Gift redemption fee (if applicable), Cheque payment, Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, past due charges and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and any unauthorized transactions.
6. The Bank reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Spending according to the computer record of Dah Sing Bank.
7. Cash Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s credit card account in October 2012 and will be shown in the November 2012 credit card statement. Cash Rebate can be used for settling payment of new transaction and cannot be used to pay the outstanding credit card balance.
8. Eligible Cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales slip. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Eligible Cardholder to submit the original sales slip and all relevant documents. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents.
9. Cash Rebate is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other rewards.
10. The relevant Dah Sing Bank Credit Card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Promotion Period and at the time the cash rebate is given, and the relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize without prior notice.
11. The Bank reserves the rights to terminate this promotion program or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
13. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
14. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Everyday MasterCard Savings Promotion
This Promotion is valid from now till 31 March 2013. One eVoucher will be issued per flight booking. The eVoucher will be emailed within 3 working days from the date of booking. The eVoucher is valid for 7 days from the date of issue and shall only be used for online hotel bookings made at www.zuji.com.hk only. The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession. Any balance payment of the purchase price, after deducting the eVoucher value, must be made with MasterCard card.

MasterCard Mondays Promotion
This Promotion is only valid for hotel bookings made every Monday from now until 31 March 2013. 10% savings is off hotel base rate only. The 10%savings will be refunded to the cardholder’s account as a credit rebate. The 10 % savings cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession.
