Terms and Conditions for Dah Sing Credit Card Cash-In Plan (the "Plan"):
  1. Promotion period is from now till January 31, 2013 (the "Promotion Period").
  2. Dah Sing Credit Card Cash-In Plan (the "Plan") is only applicable to Principal Credit Cardholders, not applicable to Supplementary Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Corporate Card, Cash Card, Debit Card, Spending Card, Go Smart Card, Private Label Card, Purchasing Card, Gift Card, International Student Identity MasterCard, International Teacher Identity MasterCard, RMB Credit Card account of CUP Dual Currency Credit Card and Balance Transfer Account.
  3. The above APRs are calculated according to the Net Present Value Method specified in the Code of Banking Practice. For details of the personalized monthly handling fees and its relevant annualized percentage rate, please call the Enquiry Hotline 2828 8002.
  4. The Cash-In amount of each application should be at least HK$3,000 and should not exceed the available credit limit. The credit limit may be cancelled at any time by the Bank without condition or prior notice. If the approved amount is less than applicant's requested Cash-In amount, the Bank has the right to decide the approved amount without prior notice.
  5. The Bank requires 3 to 7 working days to process the request and fund disbursement. Notification letter will be mailed to applicant after processed. Any application once accepted by the Bank is irrevocable. The approved amount and the relevant total handling fee will be deducted from the available credit limit of applicant's designated Dah Sing Bank Credit Card Account (the "Relevant Account"). The Bank has the right to transfer the approved amount to the designated bank account (joint account, credit card account, loan account and overdraft account are not applicable) in whatever means, and applicant shall be responsible for any fees and charges incurred (if applicable).
  6. The Bank shall not be liable if the Bank cannot approve the Plan within the Promotion Period due to applicant cannot provide a copy of the passbook front page / the latest bank statement of the designated bank account, or if the Bank is not able to contact the applicant to confirm application details.
  7. For early settlement of outstanding installment amount, an Installment Plan Cancellation Fee of HK$300 will be charged by the Bank. In addition, the Bank is authorized to charge all the remaining but not yet posted monthly repayment amount, including the monthly handling fee to the Relevant Account. The Bank is also authorized to demand immediate payment of all sums outstanding under these terms and conditions and all fees incurred by the Plan, whether or not reflected in the monthly statement or due. Applicant will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Plan from time to time in force.
  8. The monthly repayment amount will be debited from the Relevant Account. The repayment amount per installment is calculated by dividing the total installment amount by the number of tenor plus the monthly handling fee as defined by the Bank. Should there be any decimal place in the monthly repayment amount, it will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
  9. No financial charge will be calculated provided that the applicant makes full payment of the credit card statement balance on or before the payment due date. For applicant who makes partial payment of the credit card statement balance, applicant shall pay a finance charge on any monthly installment amount due but unpaid at the prevailing interest rate of applicant's credit card account.   10. The Plan will not be eligible to Credit Card Bonus Point Scheme, Instant Cash Reward / Cash Rebate, Mileage Program and any other Rewards Scheme.
  11. Applicant confirms that all information provided is true and correct and authorize the Bank to verify this from any source the Bank may choose. Applicant agrees to authorize the Bank to pass details of the applicant's personal data to or obtain the same from any credit reference agencies or other financial institutions at the discretion of the Bank for credit assessment.
  12. Applicant agrees the Bank has the right to approve or reject the Plan application without giving any reason and also agrees the Bank holds the right to make final decision on the approved amount.
  13. Applicant also agrees to abide by and accept all the terms and conditions which the Bank may revise at any time. In case the acceptance form is sent by fax or mail, the Bank shall be entitled to treat the faxed or mailed copy received as true and correct in all respects and be binding to the applicant. In case application is done via phone, the Bank shall be entitled to treat the conversation between the applicant and the customer service representative as true and correct in all respects and be binding to the applicant.
  14. If the applicant has any relationship with any of the Bank's directors or employees, the applicant should inform the Bank in written notice.
  15. The Bank has the right to terminate the Plan without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Bank's decision shall be final and binding.
  16. The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and be construed accordingly. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
  17. The Bank reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions (including interest rate / handling fee). Applicant will be bound by the terms of the Dah Sing Credit Card Cardholder Agreement (the "Agreement") announced and adopted on the day of the application as well as the terms provided by the Bank regarding the loan and repayment (including interest rate and other fee) and copy of which could be obtained from Credit Card Center.
Terms and Conditions for "Smart Tips" Lucky Draw
  1. Registered Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to "Smart Tips" lucky draw if they have i) settled a tax bill with an amount of HK$5,000 or above or ii) successfully paid a credit card or personal loan bills of other banks' or iii) applied Dah Sing Credit Card Cash-in Plan or Happy Installment Plan from November 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013. Each eligible transaction will be awarded 1 lucky draw chance.
  2. "Smart Tips" Lucky Draw will be carried out in March 2013. Winners will be drawn by computer random process. All the gift redemption letters will be mailed to all qualified "Smart Tips" lucky draw winners by the end of March 2013. If there is any discrepancy of the correspondent address customer registered before, the Bank will not bear any responsibility and will not re-issue gift redemption letter. If the reward is "HK$1,000 Spending Credit", it will be credited into Eligible Cardholders' designated Dah Sing Credit Card accounts directly in the form of spending credit by the end of March 2013.
  3. Lucky draw result will be posted on the Bank's website in March 2013. All lucky draw results are final and cannot be cancelled, altered and retracted.
  4. Photos are for reference only. The Bank is not the supplier of the above mentioned products. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or service should be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant product or service. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift and replacement if the relevant gift is not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice.
  5. For the sake of fairness, ALL STAFF of Dah Sing Financial Group are prohibited from participating in the Lucky Draw.
