The spending period ("Spending Period") is from 18 April 2014 to 20 May 2014, both dates inclusive, based on transaction date. Transaction date is based on the computer record of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank").

The Promotion only applies to customers who received the promotional leaflet issued by the Bank (“Selected Cardholder”) with the designated Principal Card of Dah Sing Credit Card as stated on the promotional leaflet ("Designated Card") except Supplementary Card, UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder").

Selected Cardholder can enjoy up to 3% extra cash rebate if the accumulated eligible spending (refer point 5 for definition) amount with Designated Card meets the Spending Target amount printed on the promotional leaflet. Details are as follows:

Any decimal place for cash rebate amount will be rounded down to integer, and the maximum cash rebate each Selected Cardholder can get during the whole Spending Period is HK$500.

Eligible Spending includes local and overseas retail transactions made with the Eligible Card. Ineligible Spending includes but not limited to cash advance, Autopay, recurring billing transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Securities transaction, Balance Transfer Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, Gift redemption fee (if applicable), Cheque payment (if applicable), Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, late fees and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and any unauthorized transactions. The Bank reserves the final decision of the Eligible Spending definition.

The cash rebate will be credited into designated card account in or before July 2014. All cash rebate cannot be transferred to other account or exchanged to cash or any other gifts.

Each Cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the original sales slips and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents.

The Designated Card should maintain as valid and in good credit standing during the entire Spending Period and while crediting rebate. The relevant transactions must be posted. Otherwise, the Bank will forfeit the cash rebate from the relevant accounts without prior notice.

In the event that any eligible transactions are cancelled or reversed after Cardholders have received the Cash Rebate of the Promotion, the Bank will debit the whole amount of the relevant Cash Rebate against Cardholders' credit card accounts immediately without prior notice.

The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotional program or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.

The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
