This offer is only applicable to transactions with Eligible Card in APITA, UNY or PIAGO (“Participating merchants”).

Except otherwise specified, this offer is only applicable to purchase in designated consignments (For details, please contact APITA, UNY or PIAGO’s Customer Service Counter). This offer is not applicable to installment and deposit payment, refund and exchange of good, purchase of Cigarette, APITA Culture Centre Tuition Fee, APITA UNY PIAGO Gift Certificate, APITA UNY PIAGO E-Shop, cash coupon and membership fee of the following consignments: Pokka, Hakuyosha Washing and Italian Tomato.

Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the Participating Merchants’ business.

In case of disputes, the Bank and Participating Merchants’ decision shall be final and conclusive.

The terms and conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

The promotional period is valid from 1 May 2014 to 30 April 2015, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period").

Birthday Pass (“Birthday Pass”) is jointly issued by the Bank and Participating Merchants. Eligible Cardholder is required to spend at APITA, UNY or PIAGO ("Participating Merchants") with Eligible Card to enjoy the Birthday Pass Offer ("the Offer").

Eligible Cardholder is required to present the registered Birthday Pass (as defined in Clause 4) and make a single purchase of HK$500 or above at related department or designated consignment with Designated Credit Card to enjoy the discount offer (except specified products).

Eligible Cardholder is required to present the original Birthday Pass, Eligible Card and his/her Hong Kong ID to register at Participating Merchants’ Customer Service Counter on any day during his/ her birthday month as to enjoy the Offer. Birthday Pass is only applicable on the registration date. Expired pass will become invalid. Birthday Pass will be invalid for any alteration on the content. Any claim made for a lost, stolen or damaged Birthday Pass will not be entertained or reissued by The Bank and Participating Merchants. Copy of Birthday Pass is not acceptable for redeeming The Offer. Each Eligible Cardholder can register for The Offer once only.
