General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The promotion is applicable to existing Principal Cardholder (each an "Eligible Cardholder") of Dah Sing Doraemon Credit Card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) ("Eligible Card") issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank").
  2. Eligible spending of the promotion includes local and overseas retail transactions made by the Eligible Card ("Eligible Spending"), but not applicable to other spending including but not limited to Cash Advance, Autopay, Recurring Billing Transactions (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Service etc.), Happy Installment, Cash-In Plan, Branch Cash-In Plan, Securities Transaction, Balance Transfer Amount, Tap & Go Top-up Amount, Settle Bills Online via eBanking PayEasy Service, Tax payment, JET payment amount, Monthly repayment of Interest-free Installment Plan, gift redemption fee (if applicable), cheque payment (if applicable), Bank fees and service charges (including but not limited to annual fee, financial charge, late fees and cash advance handling fee), casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded and any unauthorized transactions. Any Eligible Spending made by a Principal Cardholder and Supplementary Cardholders(s) will be combined under Principal Cardholder’s account. The Bank reserves the final decision to determine the eligibility of spending.
  3. The use of gift subjects to the relevant terms and conditions printed on the gift. The Bank is not the supplier of the gifts or related services. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant gifts or services. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant gifts or services should be directed to relevant merchant.
  4. No request for exchange, return or cash refund for any redeemed gifts will be accepted. All photos are for reference only.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gifts and replacement if the relevant gift is not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of those gifts may not be the same as the gifts provided in this promotion.
  6. Offers shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the redemption centre/participating merchant's business.
  7. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this promotion or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Bank, redemption centre, and participating merchants' decision shall be final and conclusive.
  8. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of Dah Sing Credit Card and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  9. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions for "Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan 2016" Promotion:
  1. Registration period is from 16 June, 2016 to 15 July, 2016 (both dates inclusive) ("Registration Period"). Spending period is from 1 July, 2016 to 31 August, 2016 (both dates inclusive) ("Spending Period"), spending is based on the transaction date and the computer record of the Bank. Gift redemption period is from 1 August, 2016 to 31 August, 2016 (both dates inclusive) ("Redemption Period").
  2. Each Eligible Cardholder will be eligible to get 2 pieces of movie exchange coupon of "Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan 2016"( the "Gift") upon successful registration via www.dahsing.com/card/doraonline within the Registration Period and accumulating Eligible Spending of HK$6,000 or above within the Spending Period. Each Eligible Principal Card is required to register once only via the above-mentioned website.
  3. Each Eligible Cardholder can redeem 1 Gift in maximum per each Eligible Principal Card under his / her name.
  4. The Bank will match the information provided by the customer with the Bank's record to determine the customer’s eligibility for the Gift. If the information provided does not match with the Bank’s record, the Bank's record will be final. The relevant redemption will be cancelled without prior notice. The Bank will send the gift redemption letter to the statement mailing address of the Eligible Cardholder on or before 31 July, 2016. Customer is required to bring along the redemption letter to Goodpost Redemption Centre Co. Ltd. to redeem the Gift during the Redemption Period. The Bank will not be responsible and re-issue for damaged, lost, stolen or expired redemption letter and the Gift. For the details of gift redemption, including the redemption centre(s) addresses, office hours, etc., please refer to the redemption letter.
  5. The movie exchange coupon can be used at any theatre in Hong Kong showing "Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan 2016" and is valid at any time when seat is available. Please refer to the movie exchange coupon for details.
  6. Customer may need to pay for the additional charges caused by 3D movies or film duration or other reasons upon using the movie exchange coupon, and is bound by other Terms and Conditions printed on the coupon.
  7. The Bank reserves the right to debit the administrative fee per Gift from the relevant account of the Eligible Cardholder on or before 15 October, 2016 without prior notice with the following reasons: (a) cannot meet the spending requirement during the Spending Period or (b) each Eligible Card redeem more than1 Gift (c) the participating credit card is invalid or in poor credit standing or the relevant transactions are not posted during the Spending Period and Redemption Period or (d) Eligible Card has been cancelled within Spending Period and Redemption Period.
  8. The administrative fee per Gift is HK$150.
  9. Customer is required to visit the redemption centre to redeem the Gift within the designated period as stated in the redemption letter. If customer did not redeem the Gift within the designated period, the Bank will treat it as redemption completed and reserve the right to debit the administrative fee without prior notice according to Terms and Conditions 7 above.
  10. Once the redemption is completed, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. The Gift is available while stock lasts and cannot be exchanged. Quantity of the Gift will be subject to the supply of redemption centre. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the redemption centre will be final.
  11. Each customer is required to keep the relevant original sales slip. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the customer to submit the original sales slip and all relevant documents for verification purpose. The Bank will not return all the submitted relevant documents. The Bank reserves the final right to determine the eligibility of the transaction.
Terms and Conditions of the Doraemon Deposit Account offers:
  1. The promotion period of Doraemon Deposit Account offers is from 16 June, 2016 until 15 July, 2016 (both dates inclusive) and offers are subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
