General Terms and Conditions:
  1. Individual offer from participating merchant is subject to specific promotion period, offer details and discount. Please refer to the individual offer for details.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, offers apply to customers holding Principal or Supplementary Card of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") or Co-brand card ("Eligible Card") ("Eligible Cardholder") except Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Happy Family" Octopus AAVS account and Balance Transfer Account ("Non-eligible Cardholder").
  3. Eligible Cardholder must settle the full payment with an Eligible Card in order to enjoy the offer.
  4. The Bank is not the supplier of any products, food or services. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products, food or services. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products, food or services should be directed to the relevant merchant.
  5. Offers are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
  6. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, food, services or discounts. Offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers. Offer does not apply to delivery service. All photos and prices of product/food/service are for reference only.
  7. Offer shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the Participating Merchant's business.
  8. The Bank and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel or amend the offers at any time without prior notice.
  9. Should any disputes arise, the decision of the Bank and the Participating Merchant shall be final.
  10. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall form part of the Agreement governing the use of the Dah Sing Credit Cards (“Cards”) and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  11. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
