General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Offer only applies to customers holding Principal Card or Supplementary Card (each "Eligible Cardholder") of the Credit Card or Co-brand card issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank") ("Eligible Card") except the Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card and Balance Transfer Account (unless otherwise specified).
  2. Eligible Cardholders must settle full payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the Offer.
  3. Participating Merchants' offer is only available at designated websites and/or mobile apps (if applicable). In order to enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardholders are required to input the designated coupon code (if applicable) during payment transaction through designated website or mobile app (if applicable). If Eligible Cardholders fail to input the designated coupon code and are unable to enjoy the Offer, the Bank or Participating Merchants will not bear any responsibility.
  4. Where transactions are conducted in foreign currency, such foreign currency shall be automatically converted into Hong Kong dollars on the date the relevant transaction is processed at a rate determined by relevant card association (if applicable). For the service charges related to foreign currency transactions, please refer to "List of Service Charges for Dah Sing Credit Card/Debit Card/Private Label Card" issued by the Bank.
  5. The Offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified) (if applicable).
  6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts.
  7. The Offer shall be terminated immediately upon cessation of the Participating Merchant's business.
  8. All photos, product price and product information in relation to the Offer are for reference only. For details, please contact the Participating Merchants.
  9. The Bank is not the supplier of any products/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of the products/services offered. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee in respect of such products/services supplied under the Offer. Any enquiry, comment or complaint about such products/services should be directed to Participating Merchants.
  10. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant online transaction confirmation record. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to submit the online transaction confirmation record and all relevant documents or evidence for verification purpose. All submitted relevant documents and evidence shall not be returned.
  11. The Bank and Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel or amend the Offer at any time without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the decision of the Bank and the Participating Merchants shall be final.
  12. The Offer is subject to availability, the price and Offer details may be changed from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact the Participating Merchants.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall form part of the applicable Agreements governing the use of the Eligible Cards and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreements, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  14. Offer details are provided by Participating Merchants and are being bound by the relevant Terms and Conditions set out by the Participating Merchants. Please contact the Participating Merchants for details.

  17. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer is awarded, the Bank reserves the right to debit from the Eligible Cardholders' credit card account the equivalent amount of the Offer without prior notice (if applicable).
  18. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
 
Terms and Conditions of Flight Discount Offers at ZUJI:
  1. Booking period ("Booking Period") is from 12 January to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive. Departure period ("Departure Period") is from 12 January to 31 December 2018, both dates inclusive.
  2. Cardholders who made HK$2,000 single transaction on flight booking at ZUJI website (www.zuji.com.hk) or ZUJI mobile app and input designated coupon code [DS200FLT1801] and clicked "Apply Now" button can enjoy HK$200 instant discount, or made HK$5,000 single transaction on flight booking at ZUJI website (www.zuji.com.hk) or ZUJI mobile app and input designated coupon code [DS500FLT1801] and clicked "Apply Now" button can enjoy HK$500 instant discount prior to proceeding with payment (collectively known as "Flight Discount Offers").
    Quota is limited to 2,000 for each Flight Discount Offer. Offer is available while quota lasts.
  3. The Flight Discount Offers do not apply to booking packages via ZUJI (www.zuji.com.hk/en-hk/packages), nor to one-way or multi-city (open-jaw) journeys.
  4. The Flight Discount Offers do not apply to reservations from specified low-cost airlines, including Tigerair Australia, Jetstar Airways, Virgin Australia International Airlines, Jetstar Asia Airways, Jetstar Pacific Airlines, Jetstar Japan, Air Jamaica, Scoot, Mandala Airlines, Cebgo, Tigerair Taiwan, Tiger Airways, except HK Express.
  5. If Cardholders wish to change a booking made using a Coupon Code after the Booking Period, Cardholders will be required to repay the amount that ZUJI contributed towards to the Cardholders' booking as well as any other fees or charges that apply to the charge.
  6. If the transaction is not settled by Eligible Cards, ZUJI has the right to debit the value of the hotel coupon code discount and a HK$300 administration fee from the customer's credit card without further notice.
  7. In case of any fraud/fraudulent, or the related transaction does not fulfill all promotion requirements, ZUJI has the right to debit the value of the coupon code discount and a HK$300 administration fee from the Cardholders' Card account without further notice.
 
Terms and Conditions of 15% off Hotel Booking Offer at ZUJI:
  1. Booking period ("Booking Period") is from 12 January to 28 February 2018, both dates inclusive. Stay period ("Stay Period") is from 12 January to 31 December 2018, both dates inclusive.
  2. Cardholders are required to input coupon code [DS15HTL1801] at ZUJI website (www.zuji.com.hk) or ZUJI mobile app and enter the coupon code and clicked "Apply Now" button prior to proceeding with payment during the Booking Period in order to enjoy extra 15% off ("15% off Hotel Booking Offer").
    Quota is limited to 1,000 for 15% off Hotel Booking Offer. Offer is available while quota lasts.
  3. Coupon Code is valid for hotel only bookings and is not permitted for package or when combining a flight and hotel in one booking.
  4. If Cardholders wish to change a booking made using a Coupon Code after the Promotion Period, Cardholders will be required to repay the amount that ZUJI contributed towards to the Cardholders' booking as well as any other fees or charges that apply to the charge.
  5. The coupon code does not apply to certain hotels, and is subject to change at any time. Cardholders should check if the Coupon Code can be used before completing a booking. For details, please visit: zuji.com.hk/en-hk/about-us/coupon-codes/hotels.
  6. The Coupon Code is not valid where payment for the qualifying purchase is required to be made directly to the supplier or hotel, including at on-site check-in at the hotel premises.
  7. If the transaction is not settled by Eligible Cards, ZUJI has the right to debit the value of the hotel coupon code discount and a HK$300 administration fee from the cardholder's credit card without further notice.
  8. In case of any fraud/fraudulent, or the related transaction does not fulfill all promotion requirements, ZUJI has the right to debit the value of the coupon code discount and a HK$300 administration fee from the Cardholders' Card account without further notice.
