3. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service Promotion Terms and Conditions (This promotion is organized by Octopus Cards Limited):
i. This promotion which is organized by Octopus Cards Limited (“OCL”), is applicable to customers who apply for Octopus Automatic Add Value Service (“AAVS”) for an Eligible Octopus (as defined in Remarks 3 (ii) below) and subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
ii.An Eligible Octopus means a valid Octopus card or product, which includes a Bank Issued Octopus, (the “Octopus”) that has never been enabled with AAVS as of 15 November 2015, excluding any renewal or replacement Octopus. An Octopus in relation to any application for reactivation of AAVS following suspension or cancellation shall not be regarded as an Eligible Octopus for the purpose of this Promotion.
iii.The eligible Octopus cardholder will receive the supermarket cash coupons no later than 15 March 2016, which will be mailed to the address of the holder of the AAVS Account. Supermarket cash coupons are provided by OCL and gifts are available while stock lasts.
iv. This promotion is organized by OCL and Dah Sing Bank Limited (the “bank”) shall not be responsible for this promotion. Please visit OCL website or call Octopus Customer Enquiry Hotline 2266 2222 for enquiry.
v. In case of disputes of this promotion, OCL and the bank's decision shall be final and conclusive.
4. The Promotion Period for YOU Banking offer is from 2 October 2015 to 31 March 2016 (both dates inclusive).

*The first AAVS Month shall be the first calendar month after the card application date (the entire month); the AAVS transactions posted in the month of the card application date will be carried forward to the first AAVS Month. The second and third AAVS Months are the second and third calendar months after the card application date respectively.
^Other than the first Eligible AAVS Transaction, a maximum of 10 Eligible AAVS Transactions apply to each month.
~Customer is required to make online appointment and bring along the documents required to branch for speedy 15-minute account-opening, but subject to the actual situation.
