General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The promotion period of "New e-Banking Users First-Time Login Reward" and "Online Bill Payment Monthly Lucky Draw" is from 1 October 2013 to 31 December 2013 (the "Promotion Period") (both dates inclusive).
  2. This promotion is not applicable to Customers who registered supplementary card numbers as Phone Banking User ID.
  3. This promotion is not applicable to Corporate Customers.
  4. Eligible Customers must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
  5. Each Eligible Customer is required to hold a valid e-Banking and Phone Banking account on or before 31 January 2014.
  6. Eligible Bill Payment Transaction refers to any successfully executed transaction conducted via PayEasy Online Bill Payment Service and the transaction date refers to the date on which the transaction has been successfully executed ("Eligible Bill Payment Transaction"). For the details of PayEasy Online Bill Payment Service, please refer to the Dah Sing Bank's (the "Bank") website www.dahsing.com.
  7. All prize / cash coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged redeemed for cash or other products or any other discounts.
  8. The photos of the gift are for reference only. The Bank is not the supplier of the gift and cash coupons. Any inquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or services should be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services. Any disputes arising from the cash coupons should be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers.
  9. The usage of the cash coupons shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the corresponding cash coupons.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift / gift coupon as replacement if the relevant cash coupons are not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice.
  11. The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
  12. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  13. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions contained herein, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of New e-Banking Users First-Time Login Reward:
  1. New e-Banking Customers refer to the customers who did not register / login to e-Banking Service before the start date of the "Promotion Period".
  2. New e-Banking Customers who have first-time logged into e-Banking Service during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customers for First-Time Login Reward") will be entitled to a caffè HABITŪ 8oz coffee coupon.
  3. Each Eligible Customer shall only be entitled to ONE caffè HABITŪ 8oz coffee coupon during the Promotion Period.
  4. The notification letter with the coupon will be sent to the corresponding address of the account of Eligible Customer for First-Time Login Reward registered for Phone Banking User ID at the bank on or before 31 January 2014. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, delivery failure caused by invalid or inaccurate registered address provided by the customer) and the notification letter / coupon will not be re-issued.
Terms and Conditions of Online Bill Payment Monthly Lucky Draw:
  1. Online Bill Payment Monthly Lucky Draw is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its subsidiary companies.
  2. e-Banking customers who have successfully completed one Eligible Bill Payment Transaction during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer for Online Bill Payment Monthly Lucky Draw") will be eligible to one lucky draw chance.
  3. Eligible Customers for Online Bill Payment Monthly Lucky Draw will only be entitled to one lucky draw chance at most for each round of lucky draw regardless of the number of online bill payment transactions completed.
  4. Three rounds of lucky draw will be held. Lucky draw details are as follows:

  5. The lucky draws will be processed by computer random selection and they will be held on the corresponding dates specified in Term 21.
  6. Cash rebate will be credited to each winner's account which is used to complete the Eligible Bill Payment Transaction within one month after the corresponding Lucky Draw Date.
  7. In case the winners have completed more than one Eligible Bill Payment Transaction within the corresponding lucky draw period, cash rebate amount will be rewarded according to the highest amount of bill payment made during the relevant transaction period.
  8. The results of the Lucky Draw will be announced in the Bank's website www.dahsing.com on the dates specified in Term 21. Winners of the Lucky Draw will also be notified individually.
  9. The notification letter will be sent to the corresponding address of the winner's account registered for Phone Banking User ID at the Bank on or before 31 January 2014. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, delivery failure caused by invalid or inaccurate registered address provided by the customer) and the notification letter will not be re-issued.
