Make real-time fund transfers to your friends' accounts at any other local participating banks anytime with ease.

You may even set up scheduled instructions to transfer funds to beneficiary accounts at other local participating banks, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays for fund transfers with ease!

Transfer HKD and RMB to your account at other local participating banks for free.

Please refer to the Bank Service Charges posted on our website. There is also no charge for receiving money from accounts at other banks via FPS.

Make fund transfers to your friends by entering their registered phone number / email address / FPS ID (only applicable for Mobile Banking). You can also pay your friends from your contact list in your mobile phone when you use our Mobile Banking.

*Payees must have registered for FPS with their phone number and / or email address with other local participating banks in order to receive the fund.

Registering your HKID number as a Proxy ID* will allow you to receive payments and transfers from institutions, companies and the HKSAR government.

*Only applicable to single name accounts (current accounts and/or savings accounts)

^Registering your HKID number as a Proxy ID and viewing registration records are available on Dah Sing e-Banking and Mobile Banking Services.

Ensure that your account is safe and secure with Two-factor Authentication when you transfer funds to non-registered accounts.

When you make fund transfers using mobile phone number / email address / FPS ID, partially masked payee's name will be displayed for verification before the transaction is done.

Two-factor Authentication^ is a security measure that can effectively prevent account data from being leaked or stolen and unauthorized login or transactions. In view of the telephone and online scams that have occurred recently, to provide safer e-Banking and Mobile Banking Services, Two-factor Authentication is required for FPS Small-value Transfer Services.

^Two-factor Authentication is referring to Security Authentication (Applicable for customers who have registered Security Authentication Service with the mobile device) or SMS One-time Password (Applicable for customers who have not yet registered Security Authentication Service).

Pay friends or merchants in Hong Kong simply by scanning a QR code via Mobile Banking.

You can now use FPS QR Code to pay government bills, such as your Tax Bill, Demand for Rates and Government Rent or Water Bill.

You can also receive funds by sending the QR Code generated via e-Banking or Mobile Banking.

The transaction limit for the FPS service is subject to the existing maximum aggregate transfer amount set by the Bank (including the fund transfer to registered accounts, fund transfer to non-registered accounts and Small-value Transfer).
