You must have a valid e-Banking Service and download the Dah Sing Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store

You must have a valid mobile phone number for SMS One-time Password (OTP) authentication

You must provide a valid email address

Supported by mobile devices of the below operating systems:
• iOS version 10.0 or above (Fingerprint Authentication and Passcode Authentication); iOS version 11.0 or above (Face ID Authentication)
