In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Dah Sing Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Dah Sing Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer.

Terms and Conditions of "Premium Discount":
- The promotion period of JourneySure / HomeSure / MaidSure / Overseas StudySure is from now to 30 Jun 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
- During the promotion period, customers will get the first year of premium discount for enrolling JourneySure / HomeSure / MaidSure / Overseas StudySurevia Dah Sing Branches / Dah Sing Bank Customer Service Hotline / Dah Sing Mobile Banking.
Designated general insurance product First year of premium discount JourneySure / HomeSure / MaidSure Up to 30% Overseas StudySure Up to 20% - This offer is not applicable to customers who are currently holding or have cancelled any annual policy of travel insurance plan (for the same insured person), home insurance plan (for the same insured property), any domestic helper insurance plan or any policy of hospital cash insurance plan (for the same insured person) underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance within the past 3 months from the date of any new application.
- Dah Sing Insurance reserves the right of the final approval of the enrolment of the JourneySure, HomeSure, MaidSure and Overseas StudySure.
- Dah Sing Bank and Dah Sing Insurance reserve the right to terminate or amend the above offer without prior notice to customers. Should there be any dispute, the decision of Dah Sing Bank and Dah Sing Insurance should be final.

- This service / product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
- The promotion period is from now until 30 Jun 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period”).
- The Offer is only applicable to the below applicant ("Eligible Applicant"):
- The applicant and driver(s) must be aged 25 or above;
- The applicant and driver(s) must have more than 2 years private motor car driving experience;
- The applicant and driver(s) must have no claim record or suspended driving license in the past 3 years;
- The applicant and driver(s) must not incur more than 8 accumulative driving offence points in the past 3 years;
- The applicant and driver(s) must not have any history of termination or cancellation of private motor car insurance policy contracts by other insurance companies in the past 3 years;
- The value of the insured private motor car cannot exceed HKD1,500,000 (For private motor car valued HKD1,500,000 or above, please refer to Dah Sing Insurance Underwriting team for offer quotation); and
- Occupation of the applicant and named driver(s) cannot be artist, garage workers, models, students or media photographer
- Eligible Applicant can via Dah Sing Insurance enrollment hotline 2808 5000 and / or Dah Sing Insurance website www.dahsinginsurance.com and provide the relevant supporting documents including the existing valid private motor plan renewal notice issued by other insurance company ("Renewal Notice") for approval during the Promotion Period of Offer to enjoy one of the below offers:
- 10% off on Dah Sing Insurance Private Motor Car Insurance - Comprehensive Cover; or
- 5% off on Dah Sing Insurance Private Motor Car Insurance - Third Party Liability Cover
- The Offer is only applicable to annual policy and minimum annual premium is HKD1,200 plus levies imposed by Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Hong Kong and other levies (if any).
- The Offer is only applicable for enrolling Dah Sing Insurance Private Motor Car Insurance with equivalent amount to the existing valid private motor plan Renewal Notice which is not underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance.
- The Offer is not applicable to all Tesla models.
- Minimum excess amount of HKD5,000 for Own Damage / Theft, Young / Inexperience / Unnamed Driver and Third Party Property Damage in comparing to the renewal quotation, whichever is higher. Excess amount and other terms & conditions will be subject to the final decision of Dah Sing Insurance.
- The Offer applies to customers holding Principal Card or Supplementary Card of the credit card or Co-brand Card ("Eligible Card") issued by the Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the "Bank")("Eligible Cardholder"). The Bank's UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card, "Smart Choice" Balance Transfer Program and Cash Conversion Plan Account are not eligible.
- Eligible Cardholder must settle payment with an Eligible Card in order to be eligible for the Offer.
