Eligibility

Applicable for the home's floor area up to 3,000 sq. ft. (Gross Floor Area) or 2,400 sq. ft. (Saleable Floor Area) and building aged up to 60 years only.

If any of above conditions is not fulfilled, please contact Dah Sing Insurance for more information.

There must be an existence of 24-hour security guard if the insured property is a multi-storey building
