"Cash-in Plan": This plan is only applicable to Principal Cardholder (excluding Supplementary Cardholder). No Double Cash Reward will be awarded for this plan. The Bank will charge a monthly handling fee calculated based on the approved amount at such percentage as the Bank may from time to time prescribe at our discretion. Please refer to the promotional leaflet for the updated monthly handling fee. "Cash-in Plan" is only applicable to local personal bank account holder and is not applicable to joint accounts. |

To enjoy the offers, Cardholder must present the ACCA VISA upon purchase and settle the payment with the Card. For details, please refer to the year-round offer leaflet, which will be sent with the Card to Cardholder. |

"Jetso Installment" is only applicable to transaction(s) (combined transactions apply) valued at HK$800 or above. All combined transactions must be made under the same Card account. Cardholders must apply at least 10 working days before payment due date of the transaction(s), as printed on the monthly statement (applications apply to transaction(s) made within recent 2 months) and keep the related sales slip as well as the invoice of related merchants for proof. Dah Sing Bank has the right to accept or reject an installment plan application without the need to provide reasons. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Dah Sing Bank shall be final. This installment plan shall be subject to the terms and conditions of "Happy Installment" and the related terms and conditions can be downloaded from www.dahsing.com, or call 2828 8168 for details. |

For payment with the ACCA VISA, a service fee of 1% of the payment amount will be charged (It is only applicable to the pre-registration merchants).
