* It is suggested that customers select the "Default Account" (i.e. the account shown on the face of the ATM card) for withdrawals. Because the type of ATMs that exist in Mainland China are so numerous, customers may not be able to successfully withdraw cash from their selected account. The transaction may be debited from any one of the accounts linked to the ATM card.

Remarks:
Customers must register to use ATM Card (including any Dah Sing Bank credit card or debit card with a bank account cash withdrawal function) for the purchase of Hong Kong Jockey Club Cash Voucher.

Follow these basic safety precautions to enhance the security of using your ATM card at ATMs:

Keep your ATM card safe
DO NOT enter your PIN when someone else can see you keying it in
Cover the keypad when you enter your PIN
DO NOT jot down or keep your PIN on or close to the Debit Card or handle it in any other way that may enable another person to use the Debit Card, PIN, and / or Mobile Device; disguise any record of your PIN
Keep your PIN private and NEVER disclose it to anyone else including our staff. The Bank will not ask for any sensitive personal information (including passwords) through phone calls or emails
DO NOT allow others to use your ATM card and PIN
DO NOT use easily accessible personal information number such as HKID number, telephone number or date of birth as your PIN. Set a PIN that is different from the ones for other services
DO NOT keep your ATM card and password together
Should you notice any suspicious devices at any ATM (such as micro-skimmers, pin-hole cameras, or fake key pads) or any suspicious activities around you when performing an ATM transaction, cancel your transaction immediately and inform the Bank
For security reasons, change your PIN regularly
Reject any offers of assistance from strangers when you are performing transactions
At all times take reasonable care of your ATM Card, PIN, and Mobile Device and keep your Debit Card and Mobile Device safely under your personal control and the PIN secure and confidential to prevent fraud
Destroy the original printed copy of your PIN
Report to the Bank of any loss or theft of your ATM Card, the PIN or the Mobile Device or any suspected unauthorized transaction or use of your ATM Card, PIN or Mobile Device for any unauthorized purpose or disclosure of your PIN to any unauthorized person as soon as reasonably practicable in writing or by telephone, or else you shall be responsible for the relevant transaction
Count the banknotes immediately after each cash withdrawal. Do not take away any banknotes at the cash dispenser or ATM card at the card insertion slot left behind by someone else. Let the banknotes or ATM card return to the ATM automaticallyRemember to check the transaction records provided by us in a timely manner, e.g. Bank's Monthly Statement or Security Messages by either text message or another form of alert.

If you intend to withdraw cash from overseas ATMs, you should check with the relevant network provider(s) (such as JETCO or UnionPay etc.) whether your intended overseas destination can support cash withdrawal using your ATM card. Also, you should activate the overseas ATM cash withdrawal function in advance and set the overseas ATM cash withdrawal limit and an activation period through the designated channels below:

Customer needs to register his / her ATM Card in order to receive e-Receipts. In the case of joint accounts, each account holder has to subscribe to the service separately.
Upon successful registration, an e-Receipt will be automatically sent to the valid email address and / or mobile phone number of the customer registered with the Bank every time after a transaction is carried out via Automated Teller Machines ("ATM") located in Hong Kong or overseas or the Bank's Cash Deposit Machine or the Bank's Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine through the use of the registered ATM Card, regardless of whether the customer chooses to receive physical "Customer Advice" issued by such ATM or Cash Deposit Machine or Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine during such transaction (save and except the customer's checking of account balance via ATM or Easy Cash Deposit Machine or Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine and other transactions as may be designated by the Bank from time to time). The SMS e-Receipt service will only be sent to valid Hong Kong mobile phone number. Such SMS will not be sent to overseas phone number. For the avoidance of doubt, e-Receipt registration for each ATM Card is a one-off request and thus, no further registration will be required upon successful registration, unless in the event of card loss or damage, depending on the type of ATM Card, customer may be required to register the new ATM Card for the e-Receipt service again. The amount will be debited from the HKD account of the Dah Sing HKD Card or from the RMB account of the Dah Sing RMB Card.
A handling fee will be charged when withdrawing cash via ATMs on Mainland China. The maximum withdrawal amount per day is RMB 20,000.
Customers may enquire about the balance of their HKD account linked to the Dah Sing HKD Card and the balance of their RMB account linked to the Dah Sing RMB account.
The maximum purchasing amount per day is RMB 20,000.
All Dah Sing ATMs and selected JETCO ATMs provide RMB cash withdrawal services. When using Dah Sing ATMs, customers may choose to debit the amount from their RMB account or HKD account. The maximum withdrawal amount per day is RMB 20,000.
For the participating bank list, please inquire individual bank.
Transfer fund from Dah Sing Credit Card to accounts in other JETCO member banks will be treated as cash advance and charges will be levied.
Under normal circumstances, when receiving funds transferred into customers' Dah Sing Bank accounts from the paying bank via ATM, funds will be available on the next working day after the transaction day.
